The IP camera project continues to progress, and this vacation more than ever, we managed to record videos in MP4 format in real time while visualizing the images. We also reached 20 frames per second in the viewers.
We improved the code with a complete refactoring, now it’s a pleasure to look at.
Our next steps are to:
- Implement motion detection
- Add a scheduler to program recordings
- Add user security
- Enable streaming from the recording server
- Create a web interface
